- Swan Hill Sweep Sees More Guns Seized
More guns have been seized from the Swan Hill area, as local police continue to sweep through the community checking firearm storage.
16 guns were seized from a Swan Hill address on Wednesday night, with a male's shooters licence cancelled amid ongoing inquiries.
The forfeiture also follows the seizing of 25 guns from an Ultima property a fortnight ago.
Swan Hill Police Inspector Haydn Downes says the message is simple.
"People have to understand, if you've got firearms they've got to be stored correctly; if they're not they'll be seized," Insp. Downes said.

- Ultima District Uncovered To Open Tomorrow
The long-awaited photo exhibition from former local Mick Cullin's time in Ultima will be opened tomorrow.
Swan Hill Regional Art Gallery Director Ian Tully says with more than 40 photos on display, it represents the community well.
"It provides a great candid snapshot of the region at that time," Tully said.
"It's shining a light on the community and the industries there."
The Ultima District Uncovered showcase will open at 10am tomorrow at the Ultima Public Hall, with a launch by the Ultima Progress Association.
